Salt and Straw
Oh dang, all this amazing food local, organic, handmade, and wild up there reminded me of the wonderful time I had making our Radical Foods issue for First Person. Every city has a palate and although SF’s experimental concoctions are pretty amazing, I was glad to have waded through this hectic street fair to make it here. Their menu of the day was decadent bliss. I had a pear and blue cheese shake with Pok Pok thai honey vinegar. SHREDDD!
